mayfly + intel on all of itachis moves is a dangerous combination. kabuto saw totsuka seal nagato so oro wont be caught off guard by it anymore. mokuton and leech all creation means he can fuse with any trees he creates and avoid attacks. clones and ten thousand snakes swarm itachi. with mayfly oro can literally come up from below. with manda + mandara no jin jutsu itachi will be surrounded.
mayfly + kusanagi longsword cuts itachi in half stomach to face. mayfly + five element seal messes itachis chakra up.
oro is severely overpowering itachi stamina wise as well.
with intel on itachis genjutsu, orochimaru will either stay underground or keep his distance. no reason to fight this guy up close when he can spam mokuton and snakes. itachi can kill some of them with a totsuka swing. but what then? if he lets susano down he drowns in a snake army

. if he doesnt he slowly kills himself from overuse. longsword of the sky means oro need not attack.
if itachi tries totsuka'ing him from long range then oro summons rashomon gates.
if itachi tries amaterasu, oro uses body shedding or replacements. sasuke already countered amat using a move from oro's arsenal.
izanami is useless since oro isnt running from anything or pretending to be anything but himself.
