Usually I react out of emotion but as soon as I realize the problem hasn't gone away I turn off my emotions and become super cold but lazer focused. In that state I will do whatever it takes and I won't stop untill I get what I want. It's very mentally exhausting to be that way though.

In my immature years, I used to feel rather than think. I think you need a balance of both though

What solves your problems in day to day life? How to you react to stimulus?

With instincts, human emotion and your heart? or cold reasoning and logic with your head? To know, think about the last 3 or so problems you had in your life and how you got through it or over it. I go with feelings as instincts are finer and emotion makes you feel alive in life and an actual part of events. I like feeling the highs and lows. I embrace sensitivity because it's one of the best thing a human can have IMO.

(Inb4 all the edgy sasuke wannabes tryna be a cool cold anime character irl)

When it comes to managing stress (daily hassles or major life events), many of us use both emotion-focused and problem-focused coping strategies. We might find ourselves using one more than the other, but both strategies are important depending on the person, the nature of stressor, and the resources available to the person.

I have the tendency to over-think a lot of things, however I definitely use my heart more than I use my head. I am very sentimental, perhaps foolishly so (I have been told this more often than not).

*inspired by me*

I feel more, but I do both a lot (seriously, like insane amounts). It is actually probably really bad for me. I think that I have early signs of Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy :/

Oh was it not? I posted in the other thread that I think excessively, but that I actually feel more than I think.

Well, I talk to people a lot (and to a lot of people), about like their lives and stuff. Hearing about other people's struggles makes me really sad, to the point where my heart actually hurts. But it is more because I feel bad that I was not there for them to talk to before.

Unfortunately for me, I feel more. I'm a logical woman, but sadly my feelings always manage overwhelm everything else, and that usually makes things worse not better. I'm an empath.
