If Obito gets his eye back from Kakashi, then maybe he can get Susanoo since you need to have mangeyko in both eyes to get Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo.

So if Obito wins his fight against Kakashi within the next few chapters and gets his eye back then he can get Susanoo.

As memory recalls, you need two mangekyou sharingans of the same kind to have susanoo/amaterasu. So if he kills Kakashi and takes his sharingan then theoretically he would be able to have it. However I don't think he would do that since he has rinnegan which is more powerful. Hope that helps
