Since Minato showed up and Naruto acted like His father just came back from the grocery store, Do you think Naruto also sensed Sasuke as well as the others if we are to believe that naruto sensed Minato as well.?

I don't think Naruto knows specifically about the kunai unless Kushina mentioned it while she was explaining the Minato/Tobi fight.

From that attack on, Naruto is without his kyubi power and he wasn't in Sage Mode. The Kyubi needed to kneed more chakra so he could use the powers again. If he doesn't have that power, he doesn't become a sensor.

I wish Kishimoto made that more apparent, because this actually works. Kurama would be kneeding chakra and sensing Minato coming his way, at least by standing on top Hokage Mountain.
