Genjutsu isn't Sasuke's strong point so probably it wouldn't do much damage to him. If it was Itachi or something he probably wouldn't be immune to it.

I reckon we'll have a scene kind of like the one with Hebi Sasuke. He goes into Naruto's mind to confront 9-Tails, but Naruto does something preventing Sasuke from employing anything.

No he isn't, immunity means he cannot be put in genjutsu period, but he can.

It's just that the biju would break him out, but even if it is just for a few seconds, that could be the difference between life and death
