Nope, Gaara once was a Jinchuriki himself, yet he has wind release, not earth release.

It's because Gaara never cooperated with Shukaku the way Naruto cooperates with all of the tailed beasts. That's also why he won't be a ten tails host.

First off Yin and Yang are not elements but aspects of chakra itself and therefore present in each element there are five base elements it's unclear whether or not the spiritual aspect is considered an element let's go with the five basic elements each basic element can mix with another creating a whole new element that makes 20 possibilities for new elements Yamato explains this during Naruto's Rasenshuriken training but he's talking about mixing two elements but then there's a bloodline extension which is three elements mixed together and the third Hokage said that the black orbs of the six paths are five elements mixed together so really the possibilities are vast but I think from Naruto will only see the elements that each individual Tailed Beast possess

I don't think there are any limitations to the elements Naruto and Madara can use at this point.
