It's stated in the manga, that Naruto has his Mom's personality and her style of fighting and she mentioned that her ninjitsu is not that great, but her Fuuinjitsu is good.

She may have taught Minato how to do Space-Time Jutsu's.

To answer the threads question, yes he does have an uzumaki body, it's already seen through countless of times where tries to perfect each jutsu's and arts his assigned to. E.g. "Learning FRS"
