Do you think Naruto can defeat Sasuke?

Somebody is a Sasuke fanboy....
In case you have forgotten, Naruto learned Rasengan by himself. With no help from the fox. Also, he developed Rasenshuriken also without the fox. Furthermore, he learned Sage Mode without the fox. Just beacuse Naruto has the Nine Tails in him, doesn't mean that's the first thing he goes to. I mean, he defeated 5 of the 6 Pains using Sage Mode. It's already been proven that the Uchiha could subdue kyuubi, so it's not like it's much help when it comes to facing Sasuke (except probably Kyuubi Mode) Being a jinchuuriki is not easy work. I don't think anybody else would have been able to handle the fox the way Naruto has. The only handicap Naruto has is that he is the son of the Fourth Hokage and a former jinchuuriki. Naruto is strong because of his perseverance and determination. He never gives up, even when it looks like he is gonna lose. He still hounding after Sasuke, and it's been clear that Sasuke doesn't want to go back to being good. And if you want to talk about not working for power, what about Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan? He basically kept on using his regular MS until he started to get blurry vision, and then he's like, "Well, it's time for an upgrade. Tobi, where are Itachi's eyes?" But of course, following Orochimaru around for power, and then going to Tobi is VERY hard work, Sasuke has worked SO HARD for every ounce of power he has. If you want to talk about handicaps, what about the battle between Bee and Sasuke? If it hadn't been for his team, he would have been dead. That'sjust embarrasing on all sorts of levels. He probably had Itachi rolling around in his grave, or coffin, or whatever. So, in a friggin nutshell, YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID! Good day.

seeing tht Sasuke would be damn near impossible 2 beat if he used the amaterasu on himself as a guard like how he did to the raikage then i would say sasuke...but...naruto can make so many damn clones almost seem real he would prolly catch him in sum crazy new kamehameha rasengan..just saying...at the end of the day its naruto's show so most likely he would win in the final battle..but i honestly think tht naruto and sasuke will end up fighting together against tobi if sasuke gets to meet his brother on the battlefield...i would hope tht itachi could change his mind about life so tht he doesnt have to die...cuz true story in all things tht has been created evil never wins so like i dnt see him beating the so called hero named naruto..but i wud hope so it would be the ultimate twist..but at the same time if either loses it would be a dissapointment

Has anyone considered how smart and observant sasuke is? He has won most of his battles by stretching out his fights and formulating his plan. He is just as smart as Shikkamaru and just as observant as kakashi.
Even with all of Naruto's abilities he may be more powerful but I think Sasuke can plan his way around them...
There is a reason why Naruto is still a Genin.

No. it would be a DRAW. because Kishi himself said in an interview that "They both are at the same level". and when you think about it you get:

Naruto with Rasengan = Sasuke with Chidori
Naruto after Wind Training = Sasuke after Oro's Training
Naruto SM = Sasuke MS
Naruto KM = Sasuke EMS

but i personally believe Naruto can defeat him....

couldnt have said it any better. they will always be equal but i think that naruto has the edge dis time cos he could still release the full kyuubi power if the kyuubi allows naruto to. Only then will naruto defeat sasuke. But if he doesnt use the full kyuubi's power, sasuke will still beat naruto again even in kyuubi mode

jeez. i haven't seen such a sad post. OF COURSE naruto can beat sasuke. sasuke has only one advantage over naruto and thats his genjutsu. naruto has sage mode and tails mode. sure sasuke has his susano now and amaterasu but he looses a huge amount of chakra when he does that and he wouldn't be able to compete at naruto's chakra level. not to hate on sasuke though he is very strong but if they literally went head to head with each other with time to pre-pare. naruto would just do what he did with pain's fight. make 3 clones of himself then when done go tails mode.

Correction, Naruto is a Toad Sage like Jairaya, not a Sennin. Sasuke has a few more techs that amaterasu and susanoo. Those are pretty much his most dangerous genjutsu based techs. Sasuke has a nice wide variety of Lightning and Fire techs too, not to mention we haven't seen much of what he's learned from Oro....other than the Snakeskin jutsu thing which almost drained his chakra to nothing of his already low-mid capacity. Kishi is showing Naruto in KM for a reason....the only thing that kinda gives Naruto the edge in battle that Sasuke don't know about is his SM...Sasuke doesn't have a clue of what SM is about but if he's hit a few times....Naruto just may lose that edge cuz Sasuke is very analytical...and a very quick study......just sayin...:no_ignore:

As for Kirin, that was only possible because of Amaterasu, it's very unlikely a thunderstorm like that would happen in any other given battle, and Naruto has the speed to avoid it (In KM)

i dont think amaterasu can hurt naruto .... if you think about it... just being in tailed beast mode... his skin burns off and turns red.... ... so whats amaterasu going to do?.... double burn?? lol... not likely... a fire that doesn't go out... hmpf... i was born of this -pointing at naruto.

No a Sannin isn't a Sage....the were only 3 Sannin. Those three were considered to be ther 3 best ninja in the world by the Kage of the hidden rain (Forgot his name) Orochimaru, Jairaya, and Tsunade were those 3 and ONLY Sannin....

We probably will never know truly since there might be some twist with their final battle. For instance, Naruto could talk Sasuke into helping him defeat Tobi or even both of them could die(Naruto's plan maybe). Seriously though, if Naruto fights Sasuke in terms of battle then I think he could really beat Sasuke. However, knowing Naruto he would probably be too focused trying to save his friend and not want to hurt him as much. Much different than when they fought at the Valley of the End in the original. Both have grown much stronger and have incredible feats, so its really hard to say just looking at those alone. Its all up to plot.
