Sasuke doesn't rely on his "natural" abilities every time he uses his cursemark:

The Forest of Death (Zaku; when he breaks his arm)
Chunin Exams (against Yoroi; saves him from getting all his chakra sucked out and allows him to counterattack)
Naruto vs Sasuke
Sasuke vs Orochimaru
Sasuke vs Deidara
Sasuke vs Itachi
Sasuke vs Gaara (Cred for guy below me)

Currently I think he would lose by a small margin, then again he never gives up.

A note about sauske, he now has no one to heal him if he gets his organs blown out, nor does he have the curse mark(as said above). That's why I think if he wins it would be very close

If he and the kyuubi get to where B and the 8 tails are at, then I believe he would win hands down.

I personally think they are both equal. Or if anything Sasuke is stronger. And Sasuke only wanted Itachi's eyes because he was going blind. Not because of Naruto's rapid growth. And people say naruto has sage mode blah blah mongekyou sharingan beats sage mode. And since EMS is stronger than sage mode by far. I think the fight goes to Sasuke for now. But since Naruto is the main character and wins every fight(except against sasuke) he will probably win in the end. Or both Sasuke and Naruto die or hopefully Sasuke wins. But yeah Sasuke probably wins for now because of the new EMS sharingan and Susanoo plus genjustsu since Naruto is weak against it.

Im not discrediting him acquiring power by legitimate means but he almost exclusively uses the nine tails chakra to not only replenish his own but to give him power ,period. That's a tough one.
I mean yea in the end I think Naruto will be able to beat Sasuke, or at least match him blow for blow (maybe they both died like he predicted?) I dunno.
But at the moment we don't know how much stronger Sasuke has gotten since attaining the EMS and would have to wait for him to show some of it to estimate their fight.
But they are both ****in strong and probably just about equally strong in my opinion.
