1. Does Sasuke have the Yata Mirror? I don't think that has been stated in the manga. If Orochimaru was searching for the sword of Totsuka, that means that the sword and mirror are most probably not a part of Itachi's doujutsu.
So, even after implanting Itachi's eyes in himself, Sasuke doesn't get them unless he or Madara somehow collected them from the battlefield at the Uchiha hideout.
2. Naruto was able to dodge the 3rd and 4th Raikage who were the fastest after Minato. The 4th Raikage was able to dodge Sasuke's attacks at the Kage summit. Seeing that Naruto has surpassed the Raikage(s) in speed feats (SM Rasengan to the arm of the 3rd), I have reason to believe that dodging Sasuke's attacks will prove to be difficult but very highly possible.
3. The progression of the manga so far suggests that Kurama (the Kyuubi) is warming up to Naruto. If caught in such a genjutsu, I'm willing to bet that Kurama would just bite a chunk off of Naruto's arse to make him wake up.

The one thing Sasuke has over Naruto, element wise, is Fire nin-jutsu.
*Just a speculation though I am thinking that Naruto will at some point develop Suiton.
Why? Naruto is the EXACT FOIL of Sasuke.
Having said that I developed another theory, Sasuke is like the older brother of the SO6P and Naruto is the younger sibling.
Naruto will achieve a perfect body as some sort of an allusion to the past
and Sasuke will reach Rinnegan level as well. This time though the "brothers" will not fight though, they band together and seal the Juubi that Tobi is planning on resurrecting (My theory in short).
Either way back to the Sasuke EMS <> Naruto KM/SM, deal, at this point in time it's needless to say we do not have sufficient evidence to validate a significant response to your question.

In the fight with Pein he was extremely emotionally upset because this was the guy that killed Jiraiya and Kakashi and destroyed the village. This probably led him to using both SM and KM together, doing anything he could to show how angry he was and to beat Pein without giving into the nine tails. When he fights Sasuke this could definately happen again seeing as how this fight is going to mean so much to Naruto and how emotionally distraught the whole Sasuke thing has had him throughout the whole series. Its not that he can't use it, he just wasn't angry enough with all his other opponents because there is no emotional connection with them.

and take note: Itachi is alive, Itachi might be able to persuade Sasuke to stop or Naruto will fight Sasuke with all the tail beasts due to the New Manga Arrived this Dec 26.

This is Shit! We all know that Naruto will win because he got the powers of his Frickin' AWESOME DAD! and his dad almost killed Madara with just speed so the Battle will be EPIC but the winner will be Naruto! (If They would fight together!)

I have a feeling that naruto is going to end up with the individual biju's inside him, except the 8 tails. Sasuke will end up getting rinnegan after his fight with naruto and than they defeat tobi and or madara together!
