probably, but theres no point. while IT is active, if he de-edos them they get infinite tsukiyomi'd.

Why wouldn't he be able to? I mean he does have half the power of Hagaromo which is the Yang Half per say so shouldn't he be able to breathe life into anything with a shape just like Creation of All Things. He basically has half that power right now so what is stopping him from doing that?

a lot of people are talking as if he said it should happen... I believe the question was just meant as "what are the limits to his powers"
I believe with COAT Naruto could breath life into them. But would it be like Rinne tensi? where Madara was able to be revived from just his dna (edo's are not their bodies, just their souls trapped in a vessel) or would he need their original bodies?
