What I think?

I think he can beat both of Raikage and Tsunade in strength without a problem. He has gotten pretty powerful to the point where it almost seems like his strength is hax out. If you look at it, Sage mode, Hagoromo senjutsu and all the Bijuus Chakras that is a lot to beat. Compare to the 4th raikage and Tsunade, they are minuscule to his strength.

He picked up and threw the kyuubi like it was nothing while in sage mode. I'm sure he'd have no problem handling Aye and Tsunade. Especially now that he has the releases of all the bijuu, greater senjutsu, and even great speed and chakra. Gudo Damas(however you spell it) solo in my opinion. Naruto could just sit behind one as a shield and let the rest of them troll the life out of aye and tsuna.

She uses Chakra, it has nothing to do with Physically, same thing with the 4th Raikage, he uses his lightning armor to increase his strength.

Do you mean lifting strength, striking strength, or just who's stronger in battle? For all those questions, I say Naruto has them beat in all those categories.

even in speaking only in terms of strength, yes. naruto has the senjutsu of the sage of six paths. we already saw how much his regular senjutsu increased his strength, this should be even greater. tsunade's strength only extends really to her punches, raikage seems to be universally strong, but he punches are a bit weaker than tsunade's, how much is debatable. but naruto is enhanced to the utmost degree, they can't touch him in anything, not even healing or speed, which is their 2 specialties.
