Do you think Naruto and Sasuke's Sage Powers are Temporary?

Exactly as title says.

Imo I think it should and has to be temporary. Why? Well because it will make them both far too OP in the NV. The only exciting battle left will be between the two themselves, and there would be no purpose in a Part Three. Also their power ups technically are just Hagoromo's Power split in half, I think he would want his chakra back after they seal/defeat Kaguya. Another thing I noticed is how Naruto's hand where he has the sun symbol is covered in bandages. I think this either means Hagoromo took back the chakra or he sealed away those powers with the bandages so that he doesn't use it later on.

Sasuke's rinnegan is not temporary. He fulfilled the requirements to activate rinnegan (Indra and Ashura dna), if his rinnegan were temporary than so would Madara's, which we all know is not the case. Naruto's nine bijuu are also not temporary, you can't be a temporary jin unless you yourself or someone extracts the chakra from you. So in essence, no, the power-ups aren't entirely temporary. The only part that MIGHT be temporary is the chakra the sage gave directly to them, the sun and the moon thingy, otherwise everything else is permanent.

Hagoromoo only gave naruto and Sasuke the seal, so if they use it on Kaguya it may fade away.

The rinnegan and Sennin mode are permanent because Hagoromoo didn't give that to them.

As long as the cells kabuto gave Sasuke are still there, he will still have his rinnegan.

As long as the Ichibi/Hachibi bijuu piece chakra that Obito gave naruto is in naruto with the others even bijuus, he will still have Sennin mode.

PS: naruto and Sasuke do not have half of Hagoromoo's powers.
