Rememer when Naruto and Sasuke discussed a technique that they were going to do together to use against Madara 2 chapters ago?
Well I'm not saying that this technique relates to what I've stated in the title, but I'm using it as a basis to form a hypothesis that Naruto and Sasuke have some hidden techniques stored that require both of them to use.
What if they have one where they both combine their hand sign power to summon the SO6P to do the final blow against Madara?
Madara also mentioned "We'll finally be one" in regards to Kaguya in todays chapter, imagine she makes a real physical appearance in the fight too, so we'd see Madara/Kaguya vs Naruto, Sasuke and eventually the SO6P when they summon him.
It would be a nice way to tie the SO6P part of this arc up, with him doing a 'I'm dissapointed in you, I will now banish you" type speech to Madara and then deal with Kaguya, with him finally appearing amongst the SA and leaving a final message for Naruto and Sasuke before leaving.
