Jutsu wise Sasuke could learn Alot more.

Skill wise I think adult Sasuke is Sasuke's prime.

They say 30 is your prime strength wise in real life so I don't think Sasuke would get that much stronger than now. Same for naruto but Naruto strength ended at RSM/BSM since his base mode is weak compared to his mode where he uses others powers

If kishi wants them too. But going off the evidence they both could easily grow. Naruto can still learn many different jutsus he's not at his max. Plus naruto still has capacity to learn better hand to hand combat techniques, and whatever else a ninja can learn. Sasuke is most likely at his peak. He won't get any stronger.

Sasuke can master any element thanks to the Rinnegan. He can summon Gedo.Use chains and Ameno Naruto there with Kyuubi.
Take out Kyuubi.
Become 10tails jin.
Absorb tree use I.T
Eat fruit GG

If plot demands them not to one shot an enemy, like the Shit-den, then they get nerfed.

No one expected Sasuke to have another S/T technique, but he did. So the thought of them continuing to progress for plot is really out in the open. Especially when the most of the opponents close to their tier level are aliens.

I think Sasuke can discover the secret to "sacred energy" a.k.a "cosmic energy"!

But for Naruto.....All I can see is him gathering more chakra or learn more basic Jutsu or simple "1 + 1" Jutsu(s).

Sasuke got far more potential than Naruto to explore the unknown territory of energy or Jutsu(s).

I'm not downplaying Naruto. The manga simply have shown us anything that Naruto can do that is on another "advanced" level or super complex beside adding element to rasengan. All we see from him is "1 + 1" jutsu(s). Ain't downplaying him at all. He will always have the most chakra.

Sasuke would've easily beaten Kinshki if he wasn't weakened and nerfed. For someone whos lurked 4 years you really know next to nothing. I doubt you actually have. You really only been here for a month, lurking doesn't give you credibility.
