Edit: Many have commented on the fact that clones can use RDS. Clones can use RDS only in conjunction with the original user, not independently. That's what I meant. Sorry about the confusion... my bad.

Didn't Hiruzen use Reaper Death Seal with clones when he sealed the 1st and 2nd Hokage?

I'm not sure if he has Shadow Clones or not, but assuming he does, he can probably teleport. Even adding a seal wouldn't be too difficult.
