No, how could he know??
He didn't seem to recognize him or any of his powers in their fight.
After that he died.
Naruto had no idea who Tobi was until recently,when his father's chakra had already faded away.
And I am sure if he knew he would have already break edo tensei,go to the battlefield and kick Obito's ass for ruining the team work of team Minato xd

This is an good point, but I don't think Minato knows who Tobi actually is.
Tobi's Senju DNA probably confused his chakra-sensing, so I doubt he could distinguish it as Obito's.

I found his reaction to learning Madara was revived interesting, though. It looks as if he realized that Tobi may not actually be Madara and may actually be Obito or someone else.

i dont know sometimes kishimoto didnt plan everyting out. and sometimes he is slow showing that thoughts from naruto characters
my concern right now is what would minato should tell to sasuke, what information he had for sasuke why minato is the last to talk?
