Yes since Kakashi's Sharingan is equally powerful as Obito's and Yamato's mokuton scale .... so applying the same principle to only a little Hashi tissue we can conclude that Madara's Mokuton is equally powerful. /Sarcasm

I'd say they're about on par with each other. I would assume Hashirama would be a little better at his own techniques though.

We know that a sharingan controlled Kyubbi < Wood Dragon. What remains to be seen is if a Jinchuriki Kyubbi > Wood Dragon.
