Truthfully, the only people who should hate Sasuke is the Leaf(Kinda) and Cloud(Kinda).



Cloud - This is probably the trickiest. Raikage might miss his arm, but Bee was his main concern. He's safe. So it works out in the end. Raikage doesn't seem like the forgiven type.

Leaf - Danzo.. no one liked him. Even the 3rd Hokage didn't shed a tear, and he was his best friend. Tsunade is a Naruto fangirl, and she'll forgive.

Sand - Gaara is a Sasuke fanboy. So he'll forgive him.

Mist - Mei wants the D. Lord Sasuke might have get her underwear first.

Stone - Onoki doesn't give a shit. He even told Sasuke "I grudge against you, but the world wants you dead."

I'd forgive him a heartbeat. C'mon?! My Lord soloed the God Tree while Naruto was crying.

Naruto is about forgiveness. For crying out loud, Naruto forgave Kurama for murdering his parents (Obito had left by the time that happened.) Sasuke will be forgiven. Naruto will need to tnj Sasuke, and that will take time seeing as Sasuke is the 2nd most stubborn character in the series (Naruto is the first). Bee will forgive Sasuke because he's Bee, and he'll be the only possible one to convince A to forgive Sasuke. However, there probably be some sort of punishment.

Also, Sasuke did not solo the tree. He took out one root and then he's showed maturity by taunting Naruto into helping him. That's huge development for Sasuke.

I would wager that this plays a part in the set up for the final Naruto vs Sasuke battle and Sasuke's desire to be Hokage.

His past actions will come back to haunt him and that will bring back his dark side.
