I think Kyubi full power was much more bigger than perfect Susanoo, and kushina could actually handle him with her chains. So do you think she can also neutralise perfect Susanoo with it?

Why not. I think she could bind the perfect Susanoo if she was at full stamina if she could bind the Kyuubi with almost no stamina.
