Do you think Kishimoto overpowers certain characters?

I honestly think that he overpowers characters like Madara and Tobi way too much. It makes other characters (like Konoha 11) look extremely weak. What do you guys think? Should Kishi tone it down a bit? Please no flaming.

He Trys to overpower other characters(some examples:Kakashi,Itachi,Sasuke) and stupid people interpret it in STUPID WAYS.......

first off, the konaha 11 are extremely weak except for neji and hinata

second, i wouldnt really say overpowered too much fir madara, cuz he is the strongest current character, but he is beatable

third, i agree with you on tobi, his s/t tech makes him pretty much unbeatable

I think he made alot of people too strong, I mean the the sannin were legendary but they aren't much compared to people like Naruto. I reckon Kishi raised the bar a bit too high, if you know what I mean

Yes, but Kishi is limiting Tobi by not having him use Rinnegan. He is making Tobi use the dumbass tactic of grabbing his opponent, but that obviously won't work since he is fighting 4 people. See? Tobi could easily kill one of them with the Rinnegan.

Madara is immortal. THat is just stupid in my opinion. Tobi is not that allmighty. It has already been shown that he has limits. We already know where the konaha 11 are going. They will be a little stronger than their jonin parents because their the next generation but that is it. How strong did you really expect the konoha 11 to get. The only one who is still relevent to the story besides team 7 is shika. All the rest are nobodies who have no feats in part 2.

Tobi is one of the main villains and Madara is suppose to be powerful.If the gap was not there how would you compare and contrast the abilities of others ?Not only that if there was no gap between there powers what conflict would there be within the narutoverse for anyone to overcome ?

Tobi is one of the main villains and Madara is suppose to be powerful.He is a founder of Konoha and a descendant of the sage. If the gap was not there how would you compare and contrast the abilities of others ?Not only that if there was no gap between there powers what conflict would there be within the narutoverse for anyone to overcome ?
