I don't exactly know what the fascination with Kakashi's face is. Just add a mouth and nose. For the most part, the mouths and noses in the series do not vary all too much. Thus, assuming that Kakashi doesn't have some sort of horrible defect, his face has pretty much already been revealed. Plus, look at his dad's face to get an idea.
