Do you think Kakashi should train Neji?

We all know about the Neji/Lee rivalry and the Kakashi/Gai rivalry.

But only one is being trained by the previous generation eternal rivals.

I think Kakashi should train Neji and get him to learn chidori or raikiri (imagine having byakugan and piercing a body part with chidori)

Chidori/Raikiri are assassination tools. If you're a skilled assassin, you already know what body part to pierce with the ability. Byakugan is redundant outside of initially finding your target.

Byakugan sees vitals, and gives good chakra control.

Add that with raikiri and you never really miss

Nope, Neji is a jyuuken user, the best teacher for him is Hiashi. Although some ninjutsus from Kakashi couldn't hurt.
