Do you think kakashi has reached his prime yet?

Pretty much he can only refine his techniques now. Don't see him learning any new super moves but he's still a boss!!

No, he's not in his "prime". He will get more intelligent and his stamina will continue to improve. It's been shown in this series that ninja don't seem to hit their prime until their 40s. Once he gets in to his mid to late 50s and his physical abilities start to decrease is when his "prime" will be over.

Will he get any huge upgrades or anything? Probably not. But he's improved ever since he started taking training seriously again mid-way through part 1.

-Jiraiya didn't hit his prime till he was 50. Kakashi is only like 34, he has years to improve and by that time we can see a drastic improvement in stamina, strength, speed and intelligence. Who knows he might even know 2000 techs by then.

Only 30, actually.

It's unlikely that he'll improve his speed and strength that drastically, as his speed is already at a nearly elite tier and strength isn't something necessary for his style of fighting, but stamina and intelligence is certainly possible.
