Do you think Kakashi ever trained with Itachi Uchiha?

Probably did they were both in anbu and as far as we know Itachi was the only other sharingan user in Anbu

Kakashi obviously formed Itachi in anbu when he joined anbu.After earning experience Itachi became a leader of anbu.Also Kakashi always knew his abilities, Itachi was under the command of Kakashi for a time , then Kakashi left anbu.

Because the manga stated that Itachi was Head of Anbu as a 13 year old several times?
The Anbu is an organization under the hokage. Hiruzen told Itachi what the missions were, Itachi would have to find a way to get them completed and he would have to coordinate the other members and himself in order to make sure they were carried out.

Honestly, please don't write a fic about them (well unless you want to I guess, no one is stopping you). Itachi was confirmed to have a girlfriend prior Uchiha massacre and Kakashi is obviously into women shown by him reading Jiraiya's inappropriate novels.

Itachi was an Anbu captain, not the captain of the whole Anbu there is no such thing,this is Hokage's rule...Itachi was a leader of an a group of anbu like when they do a mission.Kakashi was also a captain before that Itachi join Anbu.Itachi can't be directly a captain, so logically he'll be formed and win experience and Kakashi is there.When Itachi became Anbu captain, Kakashi probably left anbu he can't be the leader of Kakashi.

OT: I hope to see Shisui also he seems older than Itachi close to Kakashi's age.
Can't wait to see them both in Anbu.
