Shisui ain't OP tho. His first few hits are garbage and his combos are way too long. His awakening is slow and his awakening Jutsu can be blocked easily.

In case you didn't notice, Ino is op in all storm games lmao.

LITERALLY the best in S1. Itachi was close, but if he couldn't awaken he had nothing on her.

Top 3 in S2 with Sasori and SM Naruto. Even then, she had an advantage vs Sasori who was considered THE best.

Both versions were in the top 15 in Gen

High tier in 3

Don't know about Rev, but she's still high tier at the very least.

There's no reason to really think she will or won't. She was a very slow character in the series so she might be really slow in the game.
