So in short he still has DSM and all the techs he had before. Oru took his Chakra back, not DNA... Learn the difference..

Can he even control juugo's ability without oro's chakra? As far as I know karin's dna didnt increase kabuto's chakra levels.

Hmm... It seems that Orochimaru's DNA was the most prominent and powerful out of all of them, seeing as how he reverted to his normal self when Orochimaru took his power back.
However, he still highly likely has Karin and Juugo and everyone else's DNA, so it's not certain. But I kinda doubt it.

He transformed back because oru turn his sannin mode off. Not because he didnt have oru's chakra anymore anymore (fact btw).

So in short he still has sage mode and all his abilities!

And btw since allot of ppl dont read the manga, it was not stated that Oru's power was the reason he achieved sage mode. He has allot more going for him, and he had oru's chakra from the curse mark he adsorbed from anko.

And it was because of his body he was able to learn sage mode, Oru never had the right body for it (fact). So in short, as long as he has his body and those DNA he can go in and out of sage mode anytime with or with out oru's chakra!
