So I think Itachi is stronger Tobirama,oh yeah and I mean Regular Tobirama not edo and for Itachi he is regular,not edo but but Itachi alive which knows Izanami like how he faced Kabuto!

But Tobirama hasn't lost his way.

Maybe, maybe not. Tobirama's Senju chakra, large-scale water jutsu, and Edo Tensei completely changes the game. Though, Itachi is the genius of geniuses, so it could go either way.

Stronger... being the operative word here, I'd honestly say Tobirama

Izanami and most of Itachi's genjutsu do not contribute to his level of raw power. Itachi's most powerful technique in destructive force is probably Susanoo followed by his other fire style techniques.

However in the fight against 3rd Hokage Tobirama used powerful water style ninjutsu without a normal water source, which would probably require considerably more power than if he had a source to draw from.
