do you think itachi could've been hokage

personally i dont see itachi ever making hokage and not because the elders would object to it rather i could never see itachi as hokage as he stated himself that a true shinobi works from the shadows and not seeking recognition so i dont think being hokage could ever suit his style, granted he does have the power and the mind set to be hokage but i dont think he would ever consider it to be honest

itachi has done alot for the leaf even kill his family and love ones, that more than anyhokage hands down, the first couldnt even do that(manga:kill his brother for peace between uchiha and senju to be even with madara)


even the third said he done alot for the village with nothing be hate in return. he basically saved the village countless times from akatsuki, from the uchiha....what do you guys think?

Reread when obito told sasuke about itachi. Who is the hokage?? 3rd right?? But cek again when obito + kurama attack konoha?? 4th right???

So the time line is
3rd hokage - 4th hokage ( in here itachi maybe at jounin lvl )- 3rd hokage ( in here itachi kill all his clan + MS ) if he is prospect as hokage he will be 5th hokage here, but the manga proof he chose to be hero for his village and kill all uchiha ( except sasuke and obito, and if itachi > obito then obito should dead here, but the fact is itachi can't kill obito ) so itachi will never be a hokage in this manga, and he is death now.

I didn't understand what you meant, but nvm. Itachi was stronger than Obito.
