Definitely. I mean, either way, we wouldn't have been surprised. I read in a study somewhere that the more hyped up something is, the less impact it'll have on everyone. (if that makes sense). For example, if a smart person gets into Stanford, you won't be surprised. But if a "dumb" person gets into Harvard, you'll be in shock for the next hour or so wondering how they got in. People were expecting so much out of Kishi that when they finally got the answer, it didn't meet up to their "expectations". But imo, we can't say if Tobi being Obito is good or not until we get the whole story.
