-__- Tsunade is not going to die anytime soon smdh If any Kage is going to die, it will be Onooki, isn't that obvious?? He's almost near death as it is. Kakashi isn't going to die because he's already died once, what good would it do to kill him again?? Come on people use your heads!! If anyone else is going to die it might be some side character like Kiba or Shino, or some of the recently introduced Jounin. Bee could die, but I think it's highly unlikely. There are plenty of people dying in the war as it is, just because none of the signature characters are dying doesn't mean anything.

Madara never died, Tobi = Madara Uchiha. He probably did some soul/mind/spirit splitting Jutsu and took over Obito's body when he was about to be defeated by 1st hokage and activated his Rinnegan, mark my words kids
