so6p could control the ten tails without the enhancements of ten tail chakra thus. so6p was stronger then ten tails.

naruto is strong using 9 tails chakra thus so6p stronger by miles.

in order for naruto to get close naruto must add 1-9 tails chakra then add ten tails to chakra to even come close and not happening anytime soon. expecially seen as naruto only has half 9 tails chakra to begin with due to death reaper seal.
