Besaids Im pretty sure they would pull the bullet out just cos in the manga they never did doesnt mean they would be idiots and let it be.. they do pull out kunais and other crap that goes into the wound so dont really see why they cant get bullets and kabuto can move shit inside the wound so yea their medical jutsus > guns but like I said shot to the head and its over xd
