You're putting words into Fukasaku's mouth. Fukasaku would have most likely just relayed what intel they learned about the Peins to him, not given him a full minute-by-minute report. And in case you forgot, once all Six appeared, they only used black rods.

This, Kishi already said Hiruzeb was stronger than the other Kage's at the time (A, Gaara dad, Oonoki, Mei). It would be different if he later on changed this but he never corrected it or changed it in Shippuden.

Prime Hiruzen was too beast. No OP ninja has lived as long as he has except Onoki, so we can't say if they'd become fodder as well. And tbh in Onoki couldn't fly or have the particle attack, he'd be fodder too.
