Well, we know he couldn't beat Hanzo because they fought. He ended up calling him, Tsunade and Oro the Legendary Sannin.
Hanzo is seriously underrated. Mifune did him in too easily imo.
The fight between Hiruzen and Hanzo would be an interesting one. But Hiruzen should win.
