Honestly this would've fit a lot more.

Sakura's death would've also been much more monumental but instead we got the death of a cool side character who hasn't said or done anything for years. His story was not relevant to the plot any longer. Thing is Hinata's died once for Naruto already. She should've stayed dead in the Pain fight.

neji was suppose to be up there with naruto and sasuke but got under developed by kishi and killed off for the sake of the development of a pairing that may or may not happen.

It would break the tradition of the branch family having to sacrifice themselves for the main branch. Hinata acknowledging the situation and taking control would have been good for her Character.

But Neji died doing the EXACT thing he's hated for all of these years which is not justifiable for such an interesting character.

What SHOULD'VE happened is a Hyuuga chapter where Hinata's father dies and Hinata takes a huge injury for Neji and save HIS life whilst having this revelation. Neji realises that Hinata has treated him like an equal this entire time and the two of them vow to fix the Hyuuga clans and fight together. That would be perfect closure for them both.

There should've been a huge death to motivate the hopelessness phase Obito pulled after that death. And it should've been Kakashi or Sakura's.

Yes she should.

Neji's character should actually break his destiny; not bound to it.

He died the way he was destined with; it was horrible.
He was sealed to have a certain fate and he died that way; he could represent a new hope for the oppressed ones in his clan; his character deserved his own dreams; not ****ing die over a pairing.

The only thing i saw Regarding to Hyuuga was -nothing- ever changed.
Neji was still referring to Hinata as his superior and Showing her a type of care and sacrifice that she would never do for him. Will Hinata ever die for Neji? No and it is appalling How Neji went away; like her *****.

Don't care. As if he had another way to be destined with. Same as his father; what he could do; even if he would refuse; clan and village would have been sacrificed him.

And Hinata had always been showed to care and live for Naruto; there is nothing indicates she would give her life away for Neji like he did for her.

I don't hate Lee anymore, Neji started to be neutral, lol. I still find Guy extremely ridiculous, but I have no problem with Tenten.
