The Hyuuga clan usually married other Hyuuga's I think since they were all secretive about the Byakugan. Also it's not confirmed NaruHina as of yet, hints don't make it true when Kishi is known for making something look like something and it not turning out to be that way. Why might get something in the last chapters next week or might have to wait for the movie for actual confirmation.
