We know that after he found out the truth about Itachi sasuke changed and become "evil", he started killing people and had a different personality, and Karin said that his chakra is darker

Do you think that after his talk with Itachi and after taking his new goal in life, you think he is changed, that his chakra is now like it was before he went to face Itachi and before he found out the truth ?

i don't like it when he is "evil" because he loses control and rushes into battle, when he is calm he fights better and uses strategies not just brute force just like his fight with Deidara

He legitimately wants to protect konoha now, but he wants to do it by getting rid of the system of power (bijuu). It's a twisted form of peace just like what obito wants. However, after the last chapter, everything may have changed again. He saw how powerful Naruto really is, and may go chasing power again... And that may be due to the theory that he intends to kill Naruto and Kurama after the war (his twisted plan of peace).

In short, he is misguided and corrupt... A fallen hero... The Darth Vader of NV.

Danzo fought well but he was reckless, he couldn't match sasuke's susano'o so he used all the sharingans and thought that having Karin as a hostage could save him but it didn't
