Kushina said Mito was a relative. Does anyone else think Mito was Kushina's grandma? If that's the case, then Tsunade would be Naruto's aunt. It could also explain the blood relations of the Senju and Uzumaki clans.

Probably yes. Naruto calls tsunade grandma too maybe outta respect but still she is uzumaki n senju aswell. Plus obito says he sees the first in him aswell.
