The Otsutsuki main clan literally have scouts like Urashiki following their orders, while someone as strong as Kaguya was quaking in her robes at the very thought of having them invade Earth.

It doesn't need to be the underwhelming show that we saw in the 4th Ninja war but Naruto and Sasuke together equals less then Hagormo and likely also Hamura.

Those two are now ghosts roaming around who never fought the Otsutsuki beyond their Mother.

So the question arises if Naruto and Sasuke need Hamura and Hagoromo to face off against people that are on another league?

I personally would like to see Rinnegan Madara, Current Sasuke, RSM Naruto, Hagoromo and Hamura combine their efforts against multiple OP Otsutsuki main branch opponents. And maybe Boruto.

We don’t know if any members of the main clan are stronger or weaker then Kaguya, she puts Momoshiki & Kinshiki to shame in ability imo but I don’t think Hagormo or his brother can be physically revived. Remember, Hagormo told Naruto that his actions could affect outcome of where Naruto’s physical body was or something along those lines.

Unlikely but the upside is that the main clan honestly doesn’t have a personal interest in earth other then watching as spectators, they’ve only made contact because of Toneri’s actions so perhaps they won’t try to concur earth.

The problem as you say is the revival... we have some indication where Hamura's dna would be on the moon but Hagoromo would be via some mixing, maybe.


It is kind of weird that neither of them (maybe Hamura did) knew or anticipated this.

Maybe like Toneri stated, the lack of doing anything for 1000s of years put them their under radar.

We learnt that the Main was monitoring the planet and we also know that they have rules for abnormal abnormalities to be reported to the clan.


They didn't do anything for 1000s of years because they say no point or had no interest. Earth is just one of many planets with chakra trees and if they have all these top tier people following their orders then it means they likely have some power over them.

Logically it would make more sense if they were stronger then Kaguya.

Remember the extensive and painstakingly long and meticulous careful planning of the black zetsu just to be able to bring his mother back?

Yeah, in order for them to comeback is if they release Kaguya again in full power (juubi chakra inside of gedo mazou with the godtree boost) then split her in half. Get Orochimaru to use the severed body for the edo tensei, bring them back from death and have Sasuke and Naruto bring back the edo tensei vessel back to life.

It would be cool to see them get revived with Boruto's Jougan and Sarada's sharingan (whatever stage it will be in).

It’d be easier to just unseal Kaguya then go through the trouble of finding a way to revive them and then doing it

Besides Naruto/Sasuke already has Hagoromos power, then Boruto, Hinata & Toneri have Hamuras power


I rather they handle it, finishing what started the history of shinobi. It’s poetic justice that they were never suppose to have this power but made a change with it.

Would prefer it if Kaguya was unsealed to aid them, but it would be best if all three came back, and we could even have them reconnect with each other
