Technically, Sasuke has never lost to Naruto. Dude literally owned him like 3 times. Even the final fight was tie. Although, the Naruto fans and Sasuke haters will all agree Naruto won that final fight. Even though Naruto was in the same critical damage as Sasuke, but hey.. whatever.

If you look closely, you can actually see that Naruto got his ass kicked at the rooftop. Honestly, count the amount of blows Naruto had to take compared to Sasuke. And please don't say Rasengan would've killed Sasuke. We all know the moves would've cancled each other out like always.

Sasuke wasn't ready for Naruto's Rasengan. Even he knew he would of gotten put back in his Hospital Bed if that Rasengan had hit. Sasuke was butthurt when he saw that Naruto's Rasengan did more Damage to that water thinggy than his Chidori. 1. Naruto wanted to use Kuurama and Sasuke was just like "lol, no you don't". Naruto himself even said that he was weak compared to Sasuke once or twice after this fight.

2. Rasengan and Chidori just work differently. They've cancled each other like, every time. Why not this time? They cancled each other out even when Sasuke was exhausted after the Danzo fight.

Honestly, Naruto being superior at those points wouldn't even make sense, because Sasuke was always his goal.
