Well it depends, cause Killua isn't as fluid of a fighter as Bee when he's using his unorthodox Kenjutsu, and Sasuke was not fully recovered and a lot less inexperienced during that fight. Sasuke can shield himself using Kagutsuchi and possibly even hit Killua if he aims Amaterasu right.
But yes, if Killua could land a hit, it would be a one-shot.

My ceiling fan forms afterimages. It has nothing to do with speed but perception. Otherwise kn0 Naruto and Genin Lee were forming afterimages too.
No time frame to judge from and he most likely went from one end of frost country to other without moving at full speed.
If u judge their time speed through their dialogues, then characters in DC who move in FTL speeds talk while moving, making them look slower than sound.
And yeah EMS without susanoo still wins this.

EDIT: And yes Killer bee is not faster than Killua both are hypersonic+ but killua is a bit faster, although killua is slower than level 2 Raikage.
