Do you think Danzo used Kotoamatsukami to become Hokage?

Title says it all. When he took the position of Hokage over Kakashi, do you think he somehow used Kotoamatsukami to make the Daimyo change his decision?

Danzo never actually became hokage he announced it himself and yeah he more than likely did. Also kakashi never wanted to be hokage.

Danzo said it's not a jutsu he can use multiple times in a day meaning he can't use it often, even if Senju DNA helped him use it more than ever 10 years it wouldn't be as often as everyday

No, Danzou used Kotomatsukami during the Five Kage Summit, and it was explained that with Senju DNA, he could use it once a day.
