Do you think Current-Kakashi can still use his Raikiri properly?

Of course he can, ***** please just look at Blind Sasuke runing at Naruto with Chdori:

^^ If Sasuke can use without Sharingan and has no problem at all, Then I doubt Kakashi would have any trouble... unless he would have to get used to use it again without Sharingan. He would have to change the habbit

Nope, he can't, Chidori makes the user move fast and the Sharingan completed the jutsu, Raikiri hell no.

The inventor,
The first user,
The perfecter
of the Chidori/Raikiri is Hatake Kakashi...

Not always the first experiments go right... that doesn't mean they'd never go right...

Kakashi can use Raikiri one way or another, he must have overcame tunnel effect in those frikkin' ~20 years...

Kakashi will just get tunnel vision when/if he runs with it. His manipulation and how lethal the technique is, isn't hindered. Only the success rate.

Very well said...
If Kakashi uses it for sneak attacks then he's fine and he hasn't used Raikiri with a long sprint since Pt.1

Yes he can.

When he was a kid he was able to take down 17 clones with chidori. Now he is older and had alot of time to get used to moving at fast speeds, he shouldn't have a problem using it.

As long as he doesn't rush in head on he is fine. But he can rush in head on if his opponent cannot react to his speed or lack reaction speeds to counter attack in the first place.

No he cannot use...well he can but it would be ill-advised

this has nothing to do with his skill...no amount of skill can make up for the loss of the predictive abilities of the sharingan that covers the blindspot of this jutsu

Minato said it himself, the speed at which is required for the jutsu makes it impossible to respond to a the opponent's counter attack, leaving the user wide open. Rock Lee later confirmed this in his assessment chidori and why he could never use it

Moving at that speed makes it easy for the opponent to counter and Kakashi no longer has the "eye" to see the counter in time at that speed. I think people are forgetting just how fast you're moving when using this jutsu

Like someone said earlier. That tunnel vision explanation was retconned when kishi made it actual lightning.

kakashi needed sharingan to complete chidori because his reactions as a child couldnt keep up with the speed he needed to move at to use rairiki.
minato explained it.

kakashi as an adult is waaay more adept at sensing, and is way faster in reaction time.

third raikage was able to use a similar move without the need of doujutsus.
plus raikiri can be channeled into swords and kunais and is just as effective
