Do you think characters outside of Naruto Universe is immune to genjutsu?

Do you think characters outside of Naruto Universe is immune to genjutsu because all the chakra was originally ONLY belonged to the Shinju?

So in the VS Thread, for example, Luffy and his crew are immune to Itachi's Genjutsu?

well i think genjutsu also works on the non shinobi(like civillians in naruto) everyone has a version of chakra..be it now chi(=ki), chakra, lifeforce, whatever^^ well thats my opinion.. no one has the right answer

well things are kinda different now with the whole chakra chi thing involved.
since naruto characters have chakra that came from a certain tree's fruit.
that tree never existed in dbz so since they have Ki it isn't the same thing as chakra now.

but if they were in one story or game or joined each other and were featured in each other's story
then chakra and ki are going to be the same thing.

Ramen man's ancestor or anyone in the Naruto World belong to the humans who took chakra from the Shinju.

No, it's not a chakra, the manga says the chakra was originally ONLY belonged to the Shinju.

Saying everyone has version of a chakra is like saying every Universe out there have a version of Shinju.

Theoretically yes.

Genjutsu operates normally by controlling/manipulating the chakra in the brain. So people outside of the NV who don't have chakra networks can't really be effected.
