You don't fly with Rikudo Chakra. Did Sasuke float/fly after receiving Hagoromo's Power Up? No.

You need Rikudo Senjutsu inorder to float.

So:
Rikudo Chakra doesn't make you fly/float.
You have to be a Sage Mode User in order to use the Rikudo Chakra for Six Paths Sage Mode.
