Do you think borutos writing would be better with kishimoto

Just for a writing perspective I felt that the naruto characters had more personality and people complain about filler in naruto but to me anyways alot of it was entertaining.

One of my biggest complaints is the series has to much of a serious tone for kids and story pacing is terrible.

Only if Kishimoto actually still whole-heartedly cared for the series and if his mindset was that of continuing the series genuinely, then undoubtedly.

If someone forced him to write it I'm not sure, and I don't think he would want to.

As the other have already stated if he sincerely wrote it. He could start by getting rid of or sidline Boruto, there's nothing he could add to the series as a character. He's taken a lot from the series's potential by being the MC.

I dont think the writing could get any better if Kishi wrote it himself. Everything feels different in this series and I like it this way. The fights seem to be more high stakes I didn't get that feel from Naruto. I think the blend of Kishi's vision with Kodachi's is as good as it gets. Boruto's character is like greatness waiting to happen. Cant wait to bear witness this month! My only complaint is that Sarada doesn't get enough shine.

Nope. Boruto itself is forced by nature.
The only good thing he could do was a prequel about Madara and Hashi.
