Do you think Black Zetsu had something to do with the plague of the Uzumaki clan?

It was the hate & deception he fostered into the Uchiha that ultimately led to their downfall, and I guess you can say the Senju didn't benefit from it either, as alot of them were killed off fighting in the hate loop Black Zetsu created.

I believe Hamura is the direct ancestor of the Uzumaki & Hyuga clan. Hyuga clan is still around, but it was never detailed how the Uzumaki became extinct, all we knew was that they were a very mighty clan that was wiped out due to their powerful sealing techniques.

I'm just throwing a theory out there, it may sound off, but maybe Black Zetsu feared the close ties the Uzumaki's had with the Senju at the time, and them being around didn't exactly benefit his goal of having the Uchiha & Senju fight one another, to achieve this prime plan of Kaguya's revival.

Possible but everytime a new villain is introduced I as well feel the need to blame them, in this case it's extremely easy to point fingers.
I pointed fingers at every villain I've seen up to date srsly everytime, madara, pein, obito, all of them.
I could always make up a reason.

I think so. Their sealing are linked to Hagoromo and family in some way.
1. Naruto's Sealing Technique used for KCM was affiliated to Hagoromo noted by Kurama.
2. The tech came from Minato, who was taught Fuinjutsu by Kushina Uzumaki.
3. The RDS Shinigami clothing looks too similar to that of Kaguya's.

I'm thinking he did have a part, he's not gonna let a clan that specializes in sealing Jutsu stick around knowing how Kaguya was defeated. If there were many Uzumaki in the war, it's possible they could have sealed Madara and ruined the plans. Though I doubt we'll get an explanation as to what happened to them, I wouldnt count out BZ having a role in it.

Yeah its the only clan backgrounds I've ever wanted to hear about, and we are given less then scraps, I thought Uzumaki's would have been explained better when they introduced Karin or Naruto's mothers...

Plus all the hype with Hyuga clan being so hyped up in part 1 you would have thought there would have been something more, history..involvement (improved eye tech?)...

Thats nice but bz feared the transmigrants would seal kaguya and the uzumakis were the best sealers.

I believe they were "mysteriously" wiped out, bz can travel through anything so hed be able to kill everyone with ease.
