her mother may not be one of the best character's in the manga, but in that verse everything is different. in reality Sakura is a top ninja/medical ninja in her village, Sarada may learn somethings on medical ninjutsu and be good as her mother. now for her father, we know Sasuke's a genius, at least judging from a combat stand point. he'll teach her daughter very good things. Sarada seems to be a smart child, you can expect her to do great.
