To me it seems like they respect each other, now. If they fight, Kishi will obviously not have Oro kill Sasuke, and Sasuke won't kill Oro because he was just revived. So, I doubt they're going to fight.

That would make for a badass major villain, but Living Corpse Reincarnation has shown itself to be ineffective against sharingan. If Sasuke's 3 tomoe sharingan beats it, I don't see how it would work against Madara's EMS.

Personally, I think Orochimaru will aid Sasuke in any way possible, and when he's done helping him, he will hiss "We'll be seeing each other again Sasuke" with his creepy grin. This indirectly implies that Orochi will attempt to take Sasuke's body sometime in the future.
